Stockpot
This is a wonderful enamel stockpot in a beautiful sky blue colour with lovely creamy yellow and dark blue banding. There is some minor enamel loss where the handles join the pot but the handles are still secure. There are also two little dinks at the base of the “faitout”; one about 2.5cm diameter and the other on the opposite side of the pot of 1.5cm x 1.0cm. The inside of the pot shows signs of wear but it has not been punctured. It dates from the 1920s to 1930s and is still highly useable, perhaps not as a stockpot anymore but maybe as a food recycling bin for the kitchen. These pots are getting harder to find in such good condition and in such a rare colour combination. Dimensions: diameter of pot ~ 27.5cm, height to top of the lid handle ~ 33cm, diameter of lid ~ 29cm, width from handle to handle ~ 35.5cm
